Now, let's make sure you're a good fit for the role: ***Must-have Skills:*** * **4 to 6+ years of experience** as a Senior Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Strategist within **Supply Chain, Retail, Logistics,** or **WMS implementations.** * **Agile Requirements Delivery:** Deep hands-on experience writing refined user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence within Scrum/Kanban environments. * **Process Modeling (BPMN):** Advanced skills in process mapping and diagramming using tools like Bizagi, Lucidchart, or Visio. * **Data Analysis & SQL:** Strong ability to run complex SQL queries, analyze datasets, and build operational reports using Power BI and advanced Excel. * **Financial & Business Case Acumen:** Proven ability to build business cases, calculate ROI, and evaluate P&L impact for technical and operational feature rollouts. * **Bilingual Executive Communication:** Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in both English and Spanish. ***Nice-to-have:*** * **AI Tooling Proficiency:**Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including asset creation, workflow automation, or research.
