We embrace modern approaches, combining market-leading tools with Wrike-specific in-house solutions, to maintain "Elite" 4-key metrics performance. In this role, you will design and implement components of an internal development platform, such as cloud infrastructure and CLI tools. To be a successful candidate, you must excel at cloud infrastructure management. You should also have an understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices in general, and have hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps approaches. ### **Your Impact:** * Implement and adapt internal development platform to constantly changing engineering needs using data-driven decisions * Automate release processes and implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD * Maintain and improve system documentation and runbooks * Participate in incident response and provide technical support for platform users * Adopt best practices across industry * Improve frontend and backend CI/CD product pipelines * Work on mobile app pipelines improvements * Maintain pipelines performance and error budget ### **Your Qualifications:** * A willingness to take ownership of specific projects * Ability to conduct meetings with internal clients * Experience writing production-grade code in Python * Experience writing user and tech documentation * Strong debug skills including dealing with network and k8s problems * Advanced Linux skills * Confident level of English ### **Standout Qualities:** * Experience working on internal development platforms * Acting as role-model with your strongest sides fostering team culture * Hands-on GitOps experience * Advanced programming skills * Experience with other programming languages * Experience with applying best security practices ### **Team Dynamics:** You'll report to Pavel Ivakin, a manager with a strong engineering background.
