We design and operate AI-native cloud platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical, commercial, and delivery capabilities, with exposure to executive stakeholders and GCs, EPCs, utilities, ISOs/RTOs and local/state authorities in Radiant's first US market. **What You'll Do** You'll own delivery of Radiant's first US project end to end, building the US region from the ground up, this is a founding role for the US business, not a caretaker seat. **Key Responsibilities** **Delivery Leadership** * Personally run the GC/EPC relationship and day-to-day delivery of the live US project. * Build the US planning/permitting and stakeholder relationships from scratch state and county entitlement processes, utility filings, incentive negotiations. **Team build** * Recruit the Project Director and site team as the project demands it, while remaining the most senior hands-on presence on-site in year one. **Portfolio coordination** * Sit on the monthly portfolio review with the CDO and flag resourcing conflicts (e.g. shared commissioning engineers) directly. **What You Bring:** * Attitude matters more to us here than number of years of experience. * Experience delivering data centre, energy or large infrastructure projects in the US. * Comfort being the first and only Radiant leader on the ground in a new region. * Working knowledge of US utility, ISO/RTO and state entitlement processes. * We're hiring for founding energy and adaptability, not a large team you've historically managed. * Deep, first-hand knowledge of the US data centre market. * Strong existing supply chain relationships — beyond GCs and EPCs — to help Radiant secure the best partners as the US region scales. * East Coast preferred for time zone crossover with the London HQ team, though candidates from anywhere in the US will be considered. **Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):** * Existing relationships with US GCs, EPCs, utilities or colocation operators. * Experience across multiple US states' entitlement/incentive regimes. * Experience standing up a new region or market for a scaling company. **Qualities we look for:** * **Set the standard:** Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up. * **Inspire the change:** There's no blueprint for the future.
