We design for complex systems, real operators, and long-term impact—not flashy demos. ### **The Role** We’re looking for a **Senior Product Designer** who thrives in complexity. You’ll lead design across core product areas, turning messy workflows, legacy systems, and regulatory constraints into clear, usable, and trustworthy experiences. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and influence over product direction.
