This particular role focuses on **recruitment for a cross-functional team responsible for gameplay and monetization development.** The team includes game designers, client and backend developers, QA engineers, UI/UX specialists, product analysts, and project managers. # # **What will you do?** * Recruiting exceptional people to join Scorewarrior’s growing team (focus on hiring client and backend developers, game designers, QA engineers, UI/UX specialists, product analysts). * Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile. * Organizing all processes of interaction with candidates till offer acceptance. * Organizing a collection of references on candidates. * Developing and refining an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimizing the candidate experience. * Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates. * Maintain ATS, Notion, and other candidate tracking systems with precision. * Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods. * Collecting and analyzing data on the work and presenting reports to stakeholders. * Preparation and negotiation of offers with candidates. * Training hiring managers on best hiring practices. * Research and use compensation data to align offers with market expectations. # **What are we looking for?** * 4+ years of proven work experience as an IT Recruiter.
