This is **not a creative or strategic role**. It is focused on **execution, organization, and consistency within a structured AI system**. The working model is: * AI (Claude) = core system for scripts, workflows, and content planning * Founder = strategy and filming * Assistant = execution, operations, and daily management You will be responsible for executing content, managing leads, handling outreach, and operating inside AI-driven workflows on a daily basis. ## What We’re Looking For This role requires a strong operator who thrives in structured systems and can execute consistently without constant supervision. Content Execution * Edit talking-head videos using prebuilt templates (primarily CapCut) * Add captions, overlays (e.g., price, location), and covers * Follow structured content formats and templates * Ensure consistency in output quality and formatting * Organize and manage content assets efficiently ### 2. Posting and Distribution * Upload and schedule content across platforms * Apply captions and formatting correctly * Execute content calendar generated by AI * Maintain consistency in posting frequency and structure ### 3.
