Stoke is building the world’s most efficient fully and rapidly reusable rocket designed to fly daily, radically increasing access to space and opening up the space economy to safeguard our precious home, Earth.  [Boltline](https://boltline.com/) is our commercial software platform that not only helps Stoke safely and accurately build our reusable rocket, it also helps any advanced hardware manufacturing teams integrate, track, iterate, build, and test efficiently.  As **Software Development Manager** on the Integrations team, you'll lead the team building and maintaining integrations into the Boltline ecosystem. The role has three parts: **people management**, **product ownership**, and **hands-on technical contribution**. You'll act as the team's spokesperson, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and technical leads.  We're looking for someone who leads with servitude, drives quality through repeatable engineering practices, and operates with extreme ownership and clear communication.
