We prioritize well, find ways to increase leverage, and move at an inspirational pace. ## **What you'll do** * You'll be one of our early engineers, owning core product and infrastructure decisions as we scale to hundreds of millions of users. ## **Example projects** * Ship **real-time AI video calls** from scratch with <200ms latency within 1 week. * Orchestrate **hundreds of GPUs** to serve millions of image generations per day. * Test and productionize **LoRAs and our in-house models** to serve 10s of millions of users. ## **What you'll bring** * 5+ years of experience building software at scale. * Familiarity with **our tech stack:** TypeScript, Next.js, React, TailwindCSS, tRPC, Postgres, Temporal, AWS. * The ability to **get shit done end-to-end**.
