You’ll understand user pain points, scope product specs, and design and build software. * **Build scalable integration frameworks:** Create reusable patterns and self-serve tools that accelerate future implementations while maintaining flexibility for customer-specific needs. * **Enable rapid onboarding:** Contribute to our hotel onboarding initiative by identifying patterns across implementations and building features that reduce time-to-value for new partners. * **Shape the product roadmap:** Surface unmet needs from your direct customer work, prototype solutions, and collaborate with product and engineering to build features that benefit all customers. * **Develop strategic partnerships with our sales and go-to-market-teams:** Work closely with key technology partners to ensure deep, reliable integrations that can become distribution channels for Folio. ## **Working at Folio** * Folio is a Ruby on Rails app with Typescript Node.js automations deployed to AWS. * Our engineering team meets daily for standup (except Friday) and otherwise keep meetings to a minimum. * We're a remote-first company.
