Whether you’re building on our platform, partnering with our customers, or shaping our story: We just make things finance teams want. ## About the role We’re looking for a founding **Solution Engineer** to join our founding team and lead the adoption of Finto’s AI-powered automation for some of the world’s largest enterprises. You’ll be the trusted partner guiding finance teams through onboarding, integration, and - most importantly - putting AI directly into their hands so they can radically reduce manual work and unlock new levels of productivity. This is not a typical customer success role - its a technical, customer-facing role. You’ll focus on the time to value including data-set-up, workflow design, and change management. You’ll work closely with our founders to make sure customers embrace AI as a core part of their daily job. We’re headquartered in Munich, with roots in San Francisco through Y Combinator. ## **What you’ll do** * Lead enterprise customers from contract signature through full-scale adoption, ensuring successful rollout and long-term expansion. * Work directly with finance teams to redesign critical processes, embedding AI where it creates the most business value. * Partner closely with customers to deeply understand their ERP environment, data structures, accounting workflows, and success metrics. * Serve as the bridge between customers and our engineering team - gathering requirements, translating feedback into product insights, and surfacing unmet needs. * Analyze AI performance using evals, with a strong affinity for SQL and working with complex, real-world customer data * Build playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and training materials to create a scalable foundation for customer success ## **What we’re looking for** * 2-3+ years in solution engineering, consulting, or forward deployed engineering with enterprise customers. * Experience driving adoption of complex software, ideally AI-powered or automation platforms.
