**Location:**

**Position Summary:**

This position manages the in-kind Cruise Line program, including handling booking requests for wishes on behalf of chapter program staff. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Alliances, Medical Affairs, Finance, as well as the corporate partner, in developing and coordinating this in-kind partnership and program.

**Knowledge and Abilities:**

* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills for building and developing effective business relationships with national and chapter staff, vendors, and donors.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to handle multiple projects and deadline pressures.
* Discretion with confidential and sensitive information.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**

* Manages and coordinates the Cruise Line in-kind program in support of chapter wish requests.
* Advises and supports chapters on program utilization.
* Collaborates with Corporate Alliances team in securing, developing, and optimizing this in-kind resource for chapters, ensuring alignment with chapter needs, developing efficient processes and trainings, and communicating with stakeholders.
* Analyzes, tracks and reports on program utilization.
* Synthesizes and shares chapter feedback to improve program impact.
* Directly completes booking requests.
* Prepares and updates program documentation, including request forms, process documents, and fact sheets.
* Performs other job duties, as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
* Experience with travel planning, including coordination of medical needs during travel.
* 1-3 years of non-profit experience required; experience in Make-A-Wish chapter or other federated not-for-profit organization preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required, including demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Experience with Salesforce systems preferred.

**Working Conditions:**

* Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment
* Travel required, up to 10%
* May require work outside a traditional Monday – Friday work week, and outside normal business hours

This Role's Hiring Range

$52,194—$55,000 USD
