He has since started his own venture studio, where he is incubating a couple of companies and building the initial teams. **About the Role** We’re hiring a Staff+ Product Designer to own product strategy and design! This role will be a major influence on the Product Team, helping strategize and design multiple core assets for our B2B SaaS product. **Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end product strategy and design for one or more product areas (e.g., Ideation/Canvas, Tasks, Onboarding). * Define and challenge product direction, bring strong product thinking to an early, rapidly evolving product. * Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs in Figma; create prototypes; and implement designs directly in code when needed. * Help build our design system and visual identity, collaborating closely with the broader team. * Explore and shape the future of product development with AI, contributing ideas and critique. **Skills & Experience Needed** * 6+ years of experience in product design or similar role. * Impeccable visual and interaction design skills; deep taste and intuition for what makes a product feel exceptional. * Strong visual evidence of work (portfolio, website, or equivalent). * Ability to proactively define user problems, challenge assumptions, and propose strategic design directions. * Motivated to do the best work of your career, move quickly, and create impact in an early-stage environment. * Excited about AI-enhanced workflows and understand the problems we’re solving. * Open to spending some of the time contributing directly to code to implement prototypes and refine design details. ## Apply [Apply on Stealth Startup]() Canonical job page:
