With this growth, we’re looking for a Talent Partner to join the team and work directly with our leadership. Some of these responsibilities would include: **What You’ll Own** * Own full-cycle hiring across multiple functions, from intake and sourcing through offer and close * Build and manage a strong pipeline of talent to support company needs * Lead internal hiring efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing job postings * Oversee outreach and screening processes to engage the right candidates * Raise the bar on how we interview: train and coach hiring managers, calibrate interviewers, and hold the line on quality * Maintain an organized and up-to-date talent database, tracking availability and qualifications **About You** **Core Experience** * 2-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or related roles, with a track record of closing hard-to-fill roles. * End-to-end ownership of searches, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview design, offer negotiation, and close (not just coordination or top-of-funnel) * Excellent spoken and written communication skills. * Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution. * Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right. * Experience hiring in healthcare or a regulated environment is a plus **What You Bring** * Energy and drive; you have a hunger for self-improvement and want to be around the most talented teammates who push you to do so.
