We wildly reduce the cost of capital by using technology to easily tap into people’s assets. Our first product is the world's cheapest credit card – backed by home equity. We believe that using technology to lower the cost of capital for consumers is one of these problems - and if we can do it, it could have an infinite impact on people’s lives. **Responsibilities:** * Reviewing security documents for completeness and recording requirements * Filing security documents with appropriate governmental entities * The verifying client provided documents during the account creation process * Assisting in the preparation and filing of account closing documents * Assisting other departments with document requests and record-keeping **Qualifications:** * At least 5+ years of experience handling US Loan or Mortgage tasks, with 2+ years in a lead, supervisor, or team management capacity * Deep, hands-on expertise in Liens, Deed of Trust, Vesting, and HELOC Refi processing * Demonstrated experience coaching or managing a team in a document processing, mortgage, title, or loan operations environment * Comfort owning SLAs, quality metrics, and escalation paths for a team * Strong stakeholder management skills – able to work directly with Legal, Compliance, and external parties (title companies, county recorders) * Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; excellent written English * Experience using customer communication and task management programs, Google Drive, and Email * Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience in financial services * Exposure to Automation or building AI bots is a plus * Flexibility to work US Pacific time 9 AM to 7 PM (with a 1-hour break), including coverage planning across time zones ## Apply [Apply on Eyt]() Canonical job page:
