This is a hands-on role centered on founder outreach, first calls, and early investment judgment. **Responsibilities** * Source early-stage startups in China and Greater China with global or cross-border ambitions * Proactively reach out to founders via WeChat, email, LinkedIn, and warm intros * Own first-touch founder conversations and run intro calls independently * Screen companies on market size, global relevance, product quality, traction, and team * Support deal evaluation through research, comparable analysis, and short investment memos * Track pipeline, notes, and follow-ups in a structured and reliable way **Requirements** * Based in Shenzhen with deep familiarity with the China startup ecosystem * Fluent Mandarin and strong English.
