# Veterinary Receptionist - Company: [Veterinarypracticepartners]() - Location: Annapolis, MD - Team: Reception - Salary: $16 – $19 / hour - Posted: September 9, 2026 ## Job description **Receptionist** **Bay Ridge Animal Hospital and Annapolis Cat Hospital are hiring a full-time Front-Desk Receptionist** to be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Two early shifts (8:00 AM–6:00 PM), two late shifts (10:00 AM–8:00 PM), and rotating Saturday mornings. Occasional shifts from 8 am to 8 pm. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet clients and their pets, complete the appointment sign-in process, confirm appointment details, and escort clients to exam rooms. * Ensure accurate service and product sales accounting, handle payments, process credit/debit cards, and schedule future appointments. * Answer client calls for appointments, hospital inquiries, medication refills, and other requests.
