You do not need to be senior. You do need taste, speed, curiosity, and a strong desire to get better fast. You will work on product demos, social clips, launch videos, founder-led content, brand stories, and motion assets. The goal is simple: take raw material and turn it into videos that feel sharp, premium, and worth watching. ## What you will do * Own videos from idea to final cut * Turn raw footage, screen recordings, streams, and interviews into short-form content * Create edits for social, launches, product moments, and ads * Move fast from rough cut to feedback to final delivery * Add motion, polish, pacing, music, captions, and structure * Keep every video on-brand and high-quality ## What we are looking for * A strong eye for pacing, rhythm, story, and visual taste * Comfortable with After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, or similar tools * **Access to a Mac, to edit Screen Studio videos (which our team records with)** * Fast with new tools, especially AI, motion, and design tools * Interested in startups, AI, software, and the tools people use to build products * Strong communication skills * High ownership.
