Reporting to the CEO and serving as a member of the leadership team, you will own financial strategy, FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, financial operations, and board and investor reporting. You will build a scalable finance function, give the company clear visibility into its performance and unit economics, and prepare OpenArt for future financing and potential strategic opportunities. You will be both a strategic partner and a hands-on operator - equally comfortable advising the CEO, reviewing an operating model, leading a financing process, and ensuring the accuracy of the company’s financial reporting. The ideal candidate combines investment banking experience in TMT/SaaS with meaningful operating-finance leadership at a high-growth technology company.
