What You’ll Do \* Design brand identities and visual systems — logos, guidelines, brand assets, internal office branding -built to scale across touchpoints. \* Create presentations, websites, social media creatives, product campaigns and marketing collateral. \* Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Writers, Strategists and Developers. \* Present design rationale with confidence rather than relying on personal taste. \* Maintain exceptional attention to detail across every deliverable. \* Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows and help improve how the team works. What We’re Looking For \* 4–6 years of experience, preferably in a branding or design studio. \* A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals. \* Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy. \* Strong interest in branding, communication design and storytelling. \* Experience working in small, collaborative teams where ownership matters. \* Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly. \* Curious, humble and constantly learning. \* An AI enthusiast who actively experiments with emerging creative tools and workflows. \* Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, Framer AI or similar.
