Apply on Hostinger

Join the team building an AI-first company 🚀

Hostinger serves more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries, but we're still excited about what we're creating next.

AI is changing how we build products, support customers, work together, and solve problems. It helps us move faster, spend less time on repetitive work, and focus on bigger ideas.

If you want your work to influence both what we build and how we build it, we'd like to meet you.

Our culture: Guided by 10 company principles.

Your role at Hostinger

You'll join Hostinger Horizons — our AI-native product engineering team building the next generation of tools that help millions of creators and entrepreneurs succeed online. This isn't a "ticket-to-deploy" role. You'll own problems end-to-end: from spotting a customer pain point to shipping a solution and measuring its impact.

We're in a high-uncertainty, high-autonomy environment. The roadmap evolves fast, the scope is broad, and the best engineers here thrive precisely because of that — not despite it. AI agents are your multiplier, not a novelty.

Your day-to-day

  • Own problems, not tickets — Take a customer problem from idea to production. You define the solution, you ship it, you measure whether it worked.
  • Move across the stack — Frontend, backend, infra — wherever the problem lives, that's where you go. You're not a frontend or backend engineer; you're a product engineer.
  • Use AI as a force multiplier — You're expected to leverage AI agents for coding, analysis, testing, and iteration. The bar is delivering 2x the output of an engineer who isn't.
  • Operate with minimal guidance — You don't wait for perfect specs. You ask the right questions, make reasonable assumptions, and ship.
  • Collaborate directly — Work with designers, PMs, data, and other engineers in small, autonomous squads. No layers, no hand-offs.
  • Improve the system — Spot patterns in what slows the team down, propose what to delegate to agents, implement the change.

Your expertise and experience

  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping real products (web, mobile, internal tools — anything that real users touched)
  • Proven full-stack experience: comfortable on both sides of the stack — Node.js backend + Vue.js/React/Angular frontend
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in your actual workflow — not "I've tried ChatGPT", but shipped something meaningful with AI assistance
  • Strong product mindset: you measure success by user and business outcomes, not by features closed
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — you've worked in environments where the problem was clearer than the solution, and you figured it out
  • Solid fundamentals: REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, TypeScript, testing discipline (you write tests because you care, not because someone told you to)
  • Strong communicator — you can push back on a bad idea and explain a technical decision to a non-technical stakeholder

Nice to have

  • Experience with message queuing (RabbitMQ, BullMQ, GCP PubSub)
  • Vue 3 Composition API & Pinia
  • Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD exposure
  • Experience building or integrating LLM-powered features or AI agents in production
  • Observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus)
  • Monorepo / Vite experience
