What You’ll Do:
- Support clients by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Work directly with clients and model strategies for technicians and caregivers
- Collect and analyze data to guide progress
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing clinical reviews
- Maintain documentation that’s ethical, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who is a credentialed BCBA in good standing
- A passion for helping individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection
- Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Commitment to ethical, culturally respectful care
- Completion of New Mexico's background check registry
