DNAM Brands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more.As we continue to scale our wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and global distribution business, we are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and optimize our end-to-end operational infrastructure. This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing logistics, fulfillment, inventory flow, third-party warehouse operations, customer experience, ecommerce operations, and cross-functional execution. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Director of Operations will build scalable operational processes, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure flawless execution across product launches, wholesale fulfillment, e-commerce operations, and international supply chain management. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, building high-performing teams, and creating scalable processes that support rapid business growth.
