About the Role
This is a frontline GTM role at an early-stage AI customer support startup, working directly alongside the CEO to bring the product to the right B2B customers. You will own outbound sales motion from top-of-funnel outreach through to trial conversion, and your work will directly shape how the company scales.
What You'll Do
- Craft and run outbound campaigns, generating lead lists and reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book discovery calls.
- Lead and participate in discovery calls, qualify high-potential leads, and guide prospects into the trial experience.
- Establish and maintain shared communication channels with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Take ownership of exploring and testing new growth channels to identify the highest-impact acquisition strategies.
- Track every pipeline step accurately in the CRM and continuously iterate to improve conversion rates.
- Leverage AI tools across all responsibilities and collaborate on building AI-native internal processes.
What We're Looking For
- 2 or more years in sales, business development, or GTM roles, with a total of no more than five years of full-time professional experience.
- Native-level fluency in German is required.
- Demonstrated experience crafting and executing outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Track record of leading discovery calls, qualifying leads, and moving prospects through pipeline stages.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and outbound sales workflows, including pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Experience developing and executing GTM strategy in a startup environment.
- Proven ability to generate measurable, quantifiable results from past roles or side projects.
- Comfortable using AI tools to automate or enhance sales processes and outreach workflows.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a small, high-accountability team.
- Already authorized to work in Germany; visa sponsorship is not available.
