About the Role
This is a founding PM role at a seed-stage B2B SaaS company building software and back-office services for trades and home services SMBs. You'll own product direction end-to-end — from surfacing user problems to shipping solutions — as the first dedicated PM on a small, high-velocity team. The role sits at the heart of the company and has a direct line to shaping how product work scales from day one.
What You'll Do
- Own the full product lifecycle: problem discovery, prioritisation, scoping, and shipping.
- Translate company goals into clear product bets, priorities, and tradeoffs.
- Work hands-on with engineering to scope, design, and iterate on features quickly.
- Make product decisions under uncertainty and course-correct fast when needed.
- Develop deep understanding of user workflows and real-world operational constraints.
- Bring clarity to the team on what is being built, why, and what "done" looks like.
- Help define how product work is done as the company grows.
- Operate in a low-ceremony, high-feedback, fast-loop environment with daily in-office presence.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated end-to-end product ownership in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
- Experience building products for crafts, trades, or home services SMBs is a strong plus.
- AI-native mindset — comfortable applying AI-first product patterns and using AI tools in day-to-day product development.
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to reason about systems, constraints, and engineering tradeoffs.
- Good product taste and a sharp eye for UX details.
- High agency: you take ownership, move things forward, and do not wait for permission.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, imperfect data, and rapid course correction.
- Fluent in both German (spoken and written) and English — both are required for this role.
- Side projects or personal builds are a meaningful plus.
