Your mission
As an HRIS Manager at UiPath, you will be the cornerstone of our HR technology ecosystem, ensuring our Human Resources Information Systems are optimized, reliable, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. You will lead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our HRIS platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What you'll do at UiPath
- Own the administration, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS platforms (primarily Workday), ensuring system integrity and data accuracy
- Lead HRIS implementation and upgrade projects, collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors
- Develop and maintain HR data governance policies, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
- Design and deliver HR analytics and reporting solutions to support workforce planning and executive decision-making
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to identify system enhancements and process improvements
- Manage and mentor a small team of HRIS analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related escalations and troubleshooting
What you'll bring to the team
- 5+ years of HRIS experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role
- Strong hands-on expertise with Workday HCM, including proficiency in at least two modules (e.g., Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits)
- Proven experience leading HRIS implementations or system migrations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- Experience in a fast-paced, global technology company
- Workday certification(s)
- Familiarity with HR automation tools and RPA technologies
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
