Qualifications & Experience Requirements: N6 / NCV in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field The skills we need: * Computer Literacy * Strong Attention to Detail * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Time management and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Data interpretation and presentation. * Basic understanding of e-commerce or online marketplace platforms (advantageous). * Familiarity with Google Sheets and Looker or similar BI tools (advantageous). Attributes required: * Collaborative * Creative Energy * Hands on * Have an opinion and voice it * Strong communication skills * Strong problem solving skills Key responsibilities: * Support Business Development Admins (BDAs) with day-to-day administrative tasks, seller correspondence, and account management activities. * Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate sales performance, seller metrics, and marketplace insights to stakeholders. * Collect, analyse, and interpret sales, seller, and marketplace data to support decision-making and continuous improvement. * Assist in maintaining seller records, onboarding documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Monitor seller performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions. * Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Catalogue, and Customer Experience. * Support the coordination and administration of promotional activities, deal submissions, and catalogue updates. * Participate in problem-solving initiatives by identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and supporting implementation. * Assist with seller onboarding support, listing quality checks, and ensuring data integrity across marketplace systems.
