At Vascular Health, every patient interaction matters. We’re looking for a Patient Services Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) to serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable first point of contact for our patients and help keep each visit running smoothly from check-in to scheduling and beyond.

Who You Are
You’re organized, approachable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a busy healthcare environment. You understand that the front desk is more than a check-in point — it’s an important part of the patient experience.
You bring:

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred

2+ years of customer service experience in a medical setting

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus
-
Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Patient Services Coordinator with Vascular Health, you’ll help create a seamless experience for patients while supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice.
Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients and assisting with the check-in process

Collecting and verifying insurance and other required patient information

Providing intake forms, office policies, and required documentation
-
Processing co-pays and payments
-
Scheduling new and returning patient appointments according to established guidelines

Maintaining accurate patient information and records within the EMR
-
Auditing schedules to verify patient insurance eligibility
-
Providing patients with support, information, and guidance throughout their experience
-
Protecting the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies

Supporting a collaborative, patient-focused practice environment

Performing additional duties as assigned

Total compensation is based on experience and may include base salary, bonuses, and other incentive pay.
