About the Role
This role leads paid acquisition on Google Ads for a fast-growing AI-powered business communication platform, sitting within a performance marketing team that is rigorous about testing and accountable budget management. You will own campaigns across multiple international markets and play a direct part in scaling growth from a strong base toward significantly higher monthly spend.
What You'll Do
- Build, structure, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across international markets.
- Manage large paid budgets with full accountability and a performance-first mindset.
- Own tracking and conversion setup including Tag Manager, Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.
- Design and run systematic tests of new campaign structures and landing pages.
- Extract learnings from experiments, iterate quickly, and deliver measurable impact.
- Scale campaigns internationally while adapting strategies to different market dynamics.
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing teammates and go-to-market managers.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience running Google Ads campaigns across international markets and adapting strategy to local differences.
- Demonstrated experience managing large Google Ads budgets (approximately €150,000 or more per month) with clear performance accountability.
- Hands-on ownership of tracking and conversion setup using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.
- Strong analytical, structured, and performance-driven mindset with a bias for testing and iteration.
- Experience systematically testing campaign structures and landing pages, then iterating from data.
- Excellent professional English communication skills.
- German-language proficiency is a strong plus.
- Background in SaaS, AI, or a similarly fast-paced growth-stage environment is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €65,000 to €100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
On-site in Vienna, Austria. This is not a remote role.
