FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in West Monroe, LA is seeking motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing team. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, offering flexibility to find the schedule that works best for you.
What We Offer
$30–$35/hour
80 hours of vacation your first year, accrued based on hours worked
Vacation increases by 8 hours each year, up to a maximum of 160 hours annually
24 additional PTO hours for medical appointments or inclement weather
7 paid holidays – New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas

What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients achieve their individual treatment goals.
Responsibilities include:
Provide treatment in accordance with the Physical Therapist's established plan of care
Guide and assist patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
Monitor patient response and progress during treatment
Communicate patient progress and concerns with the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with therapists and other team members to provide a positive patient experience
Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and professional standards
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Louisiana PTA license or eligibility for Louisiana licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient-focused approach to care
Ability to work collaboratively with Physical Therapists and other team members
Desire to continue learning and developing professionally
