The Salesforce Platform Operations & Enablement Specialist is a senior, hands-on Salesforce administrator responsible for supporting the administration, configuration, operational stability, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform supporting Wealth Management.
Working as part of the Salesforce product team, this role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver platform enhancements, improve data quality, support user readiness and adoption, and strengthen the overall Salesforce experience. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce administration expertise with strong problem solving, communication, documentation, and business partnership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced Salesforce administration, including user setup, access and security, permissions, troubleshooting, production support, and ongoing platform maintenance.
- Design and deliver declarative Salesforce solutions using Flow, Lightning pages, Dynamic Forms, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and other platform capabilities.
- Support platform enhancements and projects through configuration, requirements clarification, testing, release readiness, deployment validation, and post-release support.
- Execute data loads, corrections, reconciliation, duplicate management, cleanup, and other activities that improve data quality and platform reliability.
- Troubleshoot platform, workflow, access, and data issues, partnering with Engineering and other technology teams on more complex technical needs.
- Create and maintain platform documentation, process guides, release communications, job aids, Salesforce Knowledge content, and other user resources.
- Drive user readiness and adoption through training, guidance, issue resolution, and self-service resources.
- Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities to improve platform usability, operational processes, and user experience.
- Partner across Product, Engineering, Technology, and the business to deliver scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions and support ongoing platform modernization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of Salesforce administration or platform operations experience.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Flow, security and access management, reports, dashboards, and declarative configuration.
- Experience designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex Flow automation supporting business-critical processes.
- Experience with data management, including data loads, corrections, reconciliation, duplicate management, and data quality processes.
- Experience supporting UAT, regression testing, release readiness, deployment validation, and production support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely within a Salesforce product team and across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within Wealth Management or financial services.
- Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud and connected Salesforce ecosystem capabilities, including Data 360, Marketing Cloud, and enterprise data and integration patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem tools such as DocuSign, OwnBackup, Informatica, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics, automation, and emerging Salesforce AI capabilities.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the specified range is based on several factors, including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and, if applicable, the location of the position.
This role is eligible for either a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance) and/or commission-based incentives.

Salary Range
$133,700—$160,000 USD
