2nd Shift Fitting & Welding Foreman Location: York, PA Job Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM Starting rate: $32.00 per hour, with higher pay available based on experience, plus a $3.00/hour shift differential for second shift. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Fitting & Welding Foreman to lead second-shift fabrication operations. This position combines hands-on shop leadership with responsibility for production coordination, scheduling, quality, equipment, materials, and employee performance. The Foreman will help ensure fabrication work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to established quality standards and production timelines. This person will also coordinate with other departments and facilities to keep projects moving and deliveries on schedule.
