In a context of transformation, Polène is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of leathergoods products, particularly exceptional projects (collaborations, limited editions, upcycling, etc.), as well as the small leather goods and charms categories.

You will thrive in this role if you want to:

  • Lead product development, from conception through to launch, in coordination with the Design, Sourcing, Production teams and our workshops.
  • Oversee prototypes, samples and components, working closely with our Paris and Spanish workshops and various suppliers.
  • Create and update technical specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product data in the ERP, ensuring their accuracy and reliability.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth information flow and adherence to timelines.
  • Organize collection meetings and validation committees, and manage tracking tools (timelines, collection plans, retro-planning and reporting).
  • Prepare costing sheets and collection materials, as well as presentation and training materials for internal teams.
  • Conduct trend, market and product performance analyses, and contribute to the continuous improvement of product development tools and processes.

You will excel in this role if:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in product development or product management, ideally within leather goods, fashion or luxury.
  • You have hands-on experience in product development, prototype management and coordination with workshops and suppliers.
  • You are comfortable managing multi-stakeholder projects and able to oversee several developments simultaneously.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with an ERP, ideally SAP, is a plus.
  • You combine rigor, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • You have a strong sensitivity to leather goods, design and craftsmanship, and are fluent in French and English. Spanish is a plus.

Within the Collection team, you will join a team of 14 people and report directly to our Head of Collection. You will work closely with the Design, Sourcing and Production teams, as well as the Paris and Spanish workshops and our various external partners and suppliers.

The team operates through regular follow-up meetings, frequent cross-functional collaboration and a strong culture of coordination and continuous improvement. You will be at the heart of the development of a diverse range of collection projects, playing a key role in their operational execution and successful delivery.
