Dynamis, Inc. is seeking a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to build and sustain trusted relationships across the FSLTTIP community, drive adoption of HSIN products and services, and manage the stakeholder lifecycle. This role converts stakeholders into HSIN advocates through outreach, training, and consistent communication, and ensures stakeholder needs are captured, understood, and translated into program improvements. Two (2) FTEs are required.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively to keep HSIN stakeholders informed; build relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through consultation and negotiation; understand the full range of HSIN features to inform stakeholders.
- Develop outreach approaches to reach stakeholders within and across the homeland security environment; equip and empower them to champion HSIN.
- Document stakeholder communications and lifecycle records in the program's engagement-management tool (HELM); produce engagement, communications, and training metrics.
- Support coordination and facilitation of meetings, briefings, webinars, demonstrations, and mission-critical stakeholder visits nationwide as requested.
Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience leading teams and identifying stakeholders' business needs.
- Proficiency in communication, change management, and mobilizing and engaging stakeholders who benefit from using HSIN.
- Demonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships based on trust and mutual respect, and to manage expectations through consultation and negotiation.
- Working knowledge of the full range of platform features and products sufficient to inform and advise stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Active Secret clearance (or higher); prior DHS, homeland security, or FSLTTIP-community engagement experience.
- Experience with stakeholder-lifecycle/CRM tools (e.g., HELM or equivalent) and engagement metrics/dashboards.
- Experience developing outreach materials, fact sheets, briefings, and webinars for diverse government and private-sector audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public administration, business, or a related field.
Salary range: $145,000-165,000
The salary range for this position represents the anticipated hiring range. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and potential contract funding.
