This is a relationship-driven, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys building long-term partnerships, and wants to grow their career in a dynamic construction and service environment. This position is Monday-Friday, with flexibility required to support client needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Actively generate new business
Conduct frequent client meetings, site visits, and presentations
Attend local networking and industry events
Identify client needs and recommend roofing service solutions
Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service solutions
Review drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Follow up on quotes, tenders, and opportunities to close business
Collaborate with local and national teams to support key accounts
Support light project management and coordination of service work
Manage a flexible schedule that supports ongoing relationship-building and business development
