Compensation & Benefits
Salary:$78,000–$98,000 annually (depending on experience)
In addition, we offer:
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus
Profit Sharing up to $1,500/month

What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients
Develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy
Educate patients on recovery, mobility, injury prevention, and wellness
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers
Maintain timely clinical documentation using AI-assisted technology
Qualifications
Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong orthopedic and outpatient clinical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for providing outstanding patient care
