Transition and Development Unit Supervisor (Claims Adjusting)

BASIC FUNCTION The Transition and Development Unit Supervisor is responsible for the acclimation, training, performance, effective operation, and development of Claims Professionals (Adjusters) handling a variety of claims. This role focuses on assuring the efficient application of initial claims training as well as a caseload that increases in complexity. This position offers growth opportunities and is expected to eventually assume oversight responsibilities for a supplemental adjuster positions as business needs evolve.
