This role offers an opportunity to help shape legal and compliance strategy within a rapidly growing molecular diagnostics and precision medicine organization. The Assistant General Counsel will join a lean legal team and provide practical guidance across commercial, product, regulatory, corporate, and operational matters. You’ll work closely with leaders across Finance, Sales, Market Access, Reimbursement, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and HR. The position combines independent legal judgment with hands-on development of policies, processes, and compliance infrastructure. You’ll proactively identify emerging risks, advise on strategic initiatives, and help the organization navigate complex and evolving requirements.
