About the Role
This is a senior brand design role with full ownership of how the company shows up — across digital surfaces, physical spaces, merchandise, and live events. You'll sit within a small, ambitious team and have real creative latitude to shape the brand from the ground up, ensuring every touchpoint earns trust and reflects a cohesive point of view.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve the design system, maintaining components, tokens, and visual patterns built for reuse and scale.
- Design and produce merchandise end-to-end — briefing suppliers, iterating on samples, and making final calls on materials and quality.
- Shape physical spaces including the office, event setups, and conference booths to craft intentional, on-brand experiences.
- Lead special creative projects from concept to delivery, including product launches and one-off brand activations.
- Maintain the website's visual quality and ship production-ready frontend updates without relying on a developer handoff.
- Move fluidly between Figma, supplier briefs, and vendor relationships to keep multiple projects moving in parallel.
- Apply AI tools selectively to accelerate workflow without compromising quality or judgment.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in brand design with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership across design systems, merchandise, and physical spaces.
- Strong Figma proficiency and demonstrated ability to implement designs in production-grade frontend code — no handoff required.
- Proven track record leading high-visibility creative projects and launch moments from brief to delivery.
- Experience designing and producing physical artifacts (merch, print, spatial) that feel considered and desirable.
- Background in spatial or experiential design for offices, event activations, or exhibition environments.
- Comfort working in ambiguity — able to define a brief when none exists and make confident creative decisions.
- Collaborative and articulate; able to defend design choices with clear taste and rationale.
- Familiarity with color token systems and accessibility considerations in design systems is a plus.
- Motion design or animation skills to support brand storytelling are a bonus.
