About the Role
This is a high-ownership generalist role sitting directly alongside the founding team of a fast-growing B2B performance marketing and lead generation firm in the DACH region. You'll act as a strategic sparring partner to the founders, driving critical projects from concept to execution while helping build the operational backbone of a rapidly scaling business.
What You'll Do
- Own strategic projects end-to-end, building and scaling processes using automation tools such as n8n, Make.com, and Zapier.
- Take full responsibility for financial planning — including budgeting, forecasting, and developing scalable finance processes.
- Identify and automate operational workflows leveraging AI tools and automation platforms.
- Build data-driven decision foundations through modern Business Intelligence structures (e.g. Snowflake, Looker Studio).
- Develop and launch new business ideas and Go-to-Market strategies from concept to execution.
- Create clarity on complex topics through structured analysis, decision frameworks, and actionable implementation plans.
- Mentor team members and interns, modeling a high-quality, ownership-driven mindset.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of professional experience in a fast-moving environment such as a startup, consulting firm, or venture capital fund.
- Native or C2-level German proficiency, plus fluent English — both written and spoken.
- Hands-on experience building and managing operational processes with automation and AI tools (e.g. n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar).
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a business context.
- Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven insights and build BI structures.
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies or new business initiatives.
- Some experience managing or mentoring team members or interns.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree completed.
- Background in B2B SaaS or B2B technology is a plus.
- Experience working directly with founders or in an early-stage company environment is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €36,000 – €75,000 per year, depending on experience. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany.
