About the Role

This is a hands-on GTM Engineering role at a fast-growing B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency in Berlin. You'll own strategic projects end-to-end — designing and building automation workflows, data pipelines, and AI-powered processes that directly impact client acquisition and revenue. This role sits at the intersection of technical execution and go-to-market strategy, and carries real responsibility from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain workflow automations using tools like n8n to streamline GTM operations.
  • Integrate AI tooling (e.g. large language models) into outreach, data enrichment, and lead generation processes.
  • Work with SQL, Python, and BI tools to collect, transform, and visualize data that drives strategic decisions.
  • Design and improve scalable, maintainable systems that support client acquisition and sales performance.
  • Independently drive technical projects from scoping through delivery, with a strong bias for action.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in GTM operations, growth, or data analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (e.g. n8n) and AI integrations in a GTM context.
  • Strong data skills across SQL, Python, and BI platforms such as Looker Studio or Snowflake.
  • An AI-native mindset — you actively use AI tools to accelerate your work and explore their applications.
  • Systems thinking: you proactively identify inefficiencies and design clean, durable technical solutions.
  • German at C2 or native level, and fluent English — both written and spoken.
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for a hybrid working arrangement.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €50,000 – €70,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must have the right to work in Germany without sponsorship.

Location

Hybrid — Berlin, Germany. Candidates should be based in Berlin or prepared to relocate.
