About the Role

This is a hands-on growth and marketing role at a pre-seed AI recruiting startup, where you'll own the full demand-generation engine from day one. Sitting at the intersection of outbound, paid, content, and SEO, you'll design repeatable, data-driven processes that connect talent with opportunities and drive measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Own growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content/brand, SEO, partnerships, and events — delivering measurable outcomes, not just activity.
  • Treat every channel as a scientific process: formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, track metrics, and iterate continuously.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize cold email outbound programs, including full deliverability management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).
  • Launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Create and distribute high-velocity content — blogs, email newsletters, social posts, testimonials, case studies, and product stories — with strong brand alignment.
  • Shape and execute an SEO strategy covering topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
  • Build marketing partnerships and organize both online and offline events to drive meaningful turnout.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–3 years of experience spanning multiple growth and marketing domains (outbound, paid, content, SEO, events, partnerships).
  • Demonstrated ability to own outcomes and drive measurable impact — not just execute tasks.
  • Hands-on experience running and optimizing cold email programs with deliverability expertise (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).
  • SEO skills including topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking strategy.
  • Familiarity with paid acquisition platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) and the ability to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns independently.
  • Strong content creation skills across formats: blogs, email, social, newsletters, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Experience organizing events and managing marketing partnerships.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Background in recruitment, HR tech, or AI talent platforms is a plus.
