Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end HR processes specific to frontline employees: high-volume onboarding, shift/attendance management, disciplinary processes and offboarding
- Identify manual, repetitive HR-Ops workflows (attendance tracking, leave approvals, documentation, escalations) and design and implement automation to streamline them, working with HRIS/Ops tools
- Partner with Workforce Management/Ops to align HR processes with scheduling, shift patterns, and headcount planning
- Ensure frontline HR practices comply with Philippine labor law and any relevant regulatory requirements
- Drive process improvement projects to reduce manual HR-Ops workload and improve employee experience at scale
Requirements
- At least 4 years of HR generalist experience, with meaningful exposure to frontline, shift-based, or high-headcount operational teams (e.g., BPO, contact center, banking operations, shared services, start ups)
- Demonstrated experience improving or automating HR/Ops processes (tools, workflows, trackers, or systems)
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor law as applied to frontline/hourly or shift-based employees
- Comfortable working with HRIS platforms, workflow/automation tools, and data (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Good written and verbal communication in English
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, fintech, or another regulated environment
- Experience with HR process automation projects end-to-end (design → build → rollout)
